Our Services

RV Inspection Services Built Around You

Our inspection services cover the full range of recreational vehicles, from lightweight travel trailers to full-size motor coaches. Every inspection ends with a detailed HomeGauge report that ranks findings by severity and lays out a repair priority list. We also stay in touch after the report is delivered. If something in it raises a question, call us and we’ll talk it through, explain what the issue means for the rig, and help you plan how to handle it with the seller. An optional fluid analysis add-on is available for buyers who want an even deeper look.

Travel Trailer Inspections

Travel trailers are popular for good reason, and they’re also one of the easiest places for hidden water damage to settle in. Our travel trailer inspection services start with a close look at the roof, seams, and sealants, then move to the walls and floors to check for soft spots or delamination that point to past leaks. We test the electrical, plumbing, LP gas, and appliances, operate the slides and awning, and look over the frame, axles, tires, and hitch components. You’ll know whether the trailer is ready for the campground or headed for the repair bay.

Toy Hauler Inspections

A toy hauler serves as both a garage and a home, and that combination puts unusual stress on the structure. We pay close attention to the rear ramp door, its hinges, cables, and seals, along with the cargo floor, tie-downs, and the fuel station if the unit has one. The living quarters receive the same complete evaluation as any other RV through our inspection services: roof and seal evaluation, electrical diagnostics, plumbing and tank testing, and appliance verification. Hauling ATVs, dirt bikes, or side-by-sides brings weight, fuel, and moisture into the trailer, and our findings show you where that has taken a toll.

Class A Motorhome Inspections

Class A motorhomes pack residential comfort into a large coach, which means more systems to test and more places for problems to hide. Our Class A inspection covers the expansive roof, multiple slide-outs, leveling jacks, generator, inverter, and the full lineup of appliances and climate systems. We evaluate the living areas and accessible chassis components, check tire wear and age, and document everything in a structured report. Considering what these coaches cost, professional inspection services can save you thousands on a hidden roof leak or a failing system you’d otherwise inherit.

Class B Motorhome Inspections

Class B camper vans are compact, and they’re often loaded with tightly packed equipment such as lithium batteries, solar panels, inverters, compact plumbing, and combination appliances. Small spaces leave little room for error, so we take our time testing each component and noting how it was installed. We look for water intrusion around roof fixtures and windows, verify that the electrical and LP gas systems operate safely, and confirm the fresh and holding tanks work as they should. If the van has been customized or upfitted, our inspection services note what we observe so you know what you’re getting.

Class C Motorhome Inspections

Class C motorhomes, easy to spot by the bunk above the cab, are a favorite with families and first-time owners. That cab-over section is also a well-known trouble spot for water damage, so we inspect it carefully along with the rest of the roof and sidewalls. From there we work through the coach systems, including shore power, batteries, generator, plumbing, tanks, furnace, air conditioning, and appliances, and we look over the accessible chassis components and tires. If you’re new to RVing, we’ll explain what we’re seeing as we go, so the inspection doubles as a hands-on introduction to your future rig.
